The new gixxers have Battlax BT014 tires! Somebody knows those tires???

never tried them but the peps I ride with rode on BT10/12's and loved them...so I guess the next generation could only be better!

also, I notice these days tire manufactorers are making tires specificly for bike models.
for example...the dunlops 207 they sell off the shelves arent the same as the ones that came with my 00 750... the edges on the oem tires were rounded while the retail ones were sharp at the edge.

anyone care to comment on this subject?

they've been doing that for years.
