Well I found a parts CD but it's not the right one Mines for a "93" GSXR750. Drew(aseclub) dude I'm sorry but that's all I have, I thought it was for the 600. I sent Fastcat a Microfiche of the parts for the 600 but she'll have a long process to convert that to Adobe format. Does anyone else out here have info on OEM jet sizing or stage 1 for the "93" GSXR600? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

You can always download the instructions for the DJ jet kit at their website. That should get you the main jet DJ used.....

Well, the mains that came out of the original carbs from your bike Bobby, were #115's IIRC. - but I think those carbs already had a jet-kit installed when you got the bike?

The DJ site is down?

All the instruction sheets were here:

Then aseclub "Drew" should use those needles on the #3 clip and 115s
cuz it's the same 600 engine and he only has an aftermarket pipe
that should "dial" him in pretty close. thanks Cat! As far as the Dyno-jet website
it's pretty faint.I perfer Factory Jet kits myself.

The DJ kit uses from 102 to 112 MJ size...hmmmm. Of course, mikuni jet sizing is different than the rest.....

If you're keeping the airbox (and you should) then #117.5 is going to be too much. I'd suggest starting with a #110 or #112.5 at the most and go from there.
