You just need the Plug & Play Harness from me. Do you have a threaded bung in your exhaust already? It has to be the M18 x 1.5 metric threaded bung.

I send you a PM on the shipping price to send the harness to you. Also the website is working fine on Internet Explorer browsers. I have to fix a bug for other broswers users such as Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, etc.

I just installed my plug and play Motty on a 08 gsxr600 last night. This is a very easy install although due to the size of the harness I had to flip the ECU around. It actually took longer to uninstall the PC III than it did to install the Motty.

Thanks for making these units plug and play John. I can't wait to test it out this weekend at the track.

I have an 02 gixxer 600 questions concerning complete generic install kit..

1. Does the kit come with an o2 senseor bung? Does it have to be purchased separately or not?

2. How difficult is the installation of the generic kit? I'm not an expert, but I know how to connect A to B. lol Is it fairly simply or very detailed? Thanks!

The Weld-on Bung does not come with the AFR Tuner Kit. It is a separate purchased accessory. Some exhausts come with it such as my Full Ti Akrapovic and Yoshimura to name a few. Available in Stainless or Titanium and is installed on the mid-pipe of your exhaust.

So tell me what material your mid-pipe is. I am getting some of these bungs machined up this week to complete the accessory offering.


The Bosch O2 lambda sensor comes with the Kit.

The installation of the generic install kit is relatively straight forward, in the AFR Tuner Manual Version 1.17, the correct wires are identified to tap into and you only need to break 4 connections (the injector driver wires from the ECM) that go into the AFR tuner and then go into the wire harness again for changing the injector duration.

My header is made out of titanium, no exisiting sensor bung. The tuner is very pricey, so hopefully in the near future this will be my next upgrade on the bike. Thanks for all the info. I look forward to getting one of your kits.

Another question, is there a plug and play version in development for the 02 model gixxers? Is it going to be available soon, later, or never? Thanks!

does this have a switchable map? so i can switch to a non changing preset map when using nitrous?

If not, ill leave the PCIII on the uppers, and turn it on when the bike is spraying only. (or zero map when not spraying it if it wont work that way)
