Ive got a polished frame on my gixxer but here in the uk with the weather, its hard work keeping it up together... polished that is!

I was thinking of a Matt black or carbon finish to it instead. any ideas on how I would go about it?

I think there might be sanding or blasting in order to get the finish to stick to your frame after its been polished.

And there's Performance Coatings but it's clear over her e in the U.S. I saw what they did to the slighyly used mechanics GSXR frame and it was sweet. Too bad your'e so far away, me I'm 20 miles from Performance Coatings. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/banana.gif

Ceramic coatings should be avilible in the UK somewhere. I am going with the Matt / semi gloss black like the 03 1000. Easy to do with Powder Coating.
