Sorry i had to ask this, but i've spent like 2 hours searching for this and didn't find my answer, maybe i'm just not using the right words idk.

1. What all is needed to make it fit? (are the mounting points the same?)
2. If someone could give me the info i needed that would be great tthanks

is this a specific project, kinda seems backward. smaller motor in heavier frame?

it will fit, no problem.
and the frame isn't really much heavier, a little taller. the swingarm is the biggest difference between the 2 chassis.

basically i have a spare 750 motor and can get a rolling chassis with title for 100 bucks so i wanted to know what all it took to put the motor in (does it bolt dirrectly up to the frame mounts or what)

yes it should bolt right up:)
