Sarah, Mid Ohio is a track that you will either love or hate! I go to the superbike races there every year and I did a track day there this year. I myself love the track! There are concrete patches in alot of the tighter corners there and that makes for a rough transistion in some corners between asphalt and concrete. They put the patches in because they also race alot of different classes of cars at this track and w/o the concrete patches the cars would tear the corners up. When I did my track day, it rained all day so as far as my times go I can't tell ya what I was running. My friend races novice class WERA and he put down a 1:45 on his 600. Granted the pros are running mid 1:20's to low 1:30's depending on the class, but this was his first year on the track so he was happy with it. Also at 1:45 he wasn't far off the pace in his class. I'll be doing track days there again this coming year so maybe I'll get a chance to meet ya and ride with ya on the track. If ya have any track questions let me know, I know it fairly well.
