My bike begin to stumble again at 3.5 to 4 rpm, getting worse when its hot. Found out the emulsion tube holes has elongated so much that its become oval.

So I removed the dynojet part and was going to set the carb to stock again but I broke one of the yellowish part with a o-ring on top where the emulsion tube sits when I tried to push in the OEM emulsion tube.

Anyone got a spare for this part??

That's the plastic "guide" that the slide rides in, yes?

If so, I got some bad news...

...and I hate giving good people bad news...

(sorry, just got back from seeing "Revolutions" http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

...ANYway, that part is not available seperately... if you can find a set of carbs that are beat up and for-sale cheap on eBay then you can get one that way...

I don't remember there being an o-ring there though, so maybe I'm thinking of a different part?

The plastic piece that comes to mind (with an o-ring) is the fuel-float-needle seat... THOSE are available from Suzuki, but that has nothing to do with "emulsion tubes".

...another thing that I'm told, but don't know from first-hand experience is that the DJ kits won't work properly without the DJ emulsion-tubes... and I know that Marc lists a warning on his website that the Factory jet-kit will not work properly with the DJ needle-jets...

can you post a photo or a sketch of the part you mean - not that I can magically fix it from here, but now I'm curious...

Precisely.

<<don't remember there being an o-ring there though, so maybe I'm thinking of a different part?>>

If you knock out the 'guide' you will see it but becareful though I broke mine when putting it back. I may change out all the o-ring since I have gone this far and they look very flat.

I'm removing completely the DJ kit and putting everything back to stock. Was thinking will I run lean with the yosh slip-on and K&N air filter??

Can the part be taken from katana 600/750 GSXR 600/11000 and RF900??

It's possible, but dependent upon the carbs being the same - I have no Idea (or reference documents) to be able to figure it out. It's a good guess, but I wouldn't spend too much $ just to investigate and discover that they used different carbs on those models...
