HI Guys
I have just starte dispatch riding on my 97 srad and wondered if you have any suggestions on a relevent oil, bear in mind i will be doing aprox 600 miles a week so therefore making a lot of changes cananyone suggest an oil that will be cost effective as well as kind on the internals???

rotella synthetic 5w40.... plenty cheap.. $22 gallon or $5.xx/quart (you only need like 2.2L)

and I run em 4000-5000 miles per oil change... all commuting. slap on a mobile 1 filter @ 9$ or a pureone filter @ $7 or supertech filter @ 2$

and you got yourself an under $30 oil change... with the "good stuff"

And you reckon this wont hve any long term damage factor on my engine??
