You need to upload the pic to an image hosting website like imageshack or tinypic, once the pic is hosted you'll have a URL generated for the location of the pic. Copy that link and then paste the location in your post by clicking the icon "insert image"

i use photobucket...then use the img code, just copy and paste it...

should look like this:

You have a wrong link/address. Use the direct link thing on the right. You just have to click it and then just ctrl + v between the IMG code.
