It had a small "tweak" (dunno what that means) on the left side, which was apparently fixed. However apparently they have the exact same machine that GMD uses, so now I have paperwork saying my bike is measured and straight (plus probably some useful geometry information). The guy got it done ahead of schedule too.

sanee - has nothing yet, it's a stock bike. I'm building it over the winter. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Pics won't be anything special since it's stripped down right now. Going to put it back together enough to get it running, then deal with the track prep.

Either its GMD or it isn't. GMD machinery is 100% proprietary so if they had the same tools they would be a GMD licensed shop.

From what Ive heard GMD Bought there machinery from a Swiss company and then later Purchased the machinery and made it theres. It is the exact same machiner that GMD uses.

GMD purchased the straightening jigs from an Austria company and then bought the company out but as for measuring and such, that device was created by Greg of GMD and is 100% proprietary. The only way to get your hands on one is to lease one from the GMD Network and that would require you to list yourselves as part of the GMD Network.

I have a service manual for mine Ralph, at least a lot of the torque specs are the same.
