: Which race fairings fit the -'02 S?

For next season I'll get a race fairing for my SVS for track day use. The problem is, there are not many race fairings, made specifically for the SV, available around here. I've heard of people using Gix 600 or TLR race fairings on SVs. What are your experiences with those or other fairings? What about fairing mounts? DIY or what? The bike is a '99 S model.

If you can get Sharkskinz, they make a set for the SV.

Tapper and Gixxerfever (over in the Club Racer forum) run the GSXR fairings on their SVs. Ask them what they are using for mounts.

That's the problem - we don't have any importers of Sharkskinz or or any other manufacturer who makes SV fairings here. Bro, it’s so simple it is not even funny, get yourself a set of gixxer plastics, also order a fairing stay from GPTech, tell Geoff that I,Gian Bojanovich ( a sponsored racer) sent you. What you will also do is make three brackets, these brackets are Z shaped and you will mount them using the rear motor mounts, the other is just a flat piece that you will use for the belly coming off the stock exhaust mount.

have you tried sebimoto? IIRC, they're made somewhere in europe.

any fairings can fit any bike. just need to fab some mounts. i use plumber's wire/wrap. works fine.
