I got a 02 GSXR 750. Ok long story. I got the suzuki 10-w40 in my bike now, its showing a bit low, and the suzuki dealership is closed. Is there another oil i can get from autozone or etc and be fine dropping a quart or two in it until next oil change. or am i screwed until monday? Would like to ride tonight, suppose to be beautiful.

first of all, are you sure it is low? The bike needs to be on level ground. It needs to be straight up and down (have a friend get on it to stand it up). And then it needs to be between the 2 lines to the left and right of the sight glass. Don't check your oil level with it on the kickstand, lol.

Oh no i know it needs to be level. I had just put the oil in it and ran it for a few minutes to get it flowing.. then waited about 10 minutes to check it. after going to autozone and talking with guys etc... i came back and checked it again. And it was fine. I guess a good amount of oil was still in the crank case and various other parts and hadnt flowed down yet.. it ended up being just above the low mark.. rode fine all weekend. will go get another bottle of the suzuki brand tomorrow and then put a bit more in it.

You really dont need to freak out about your oil level being low if its still between the marks.
Road racers run theirs a hair 'below' the low mark with no problems to speak of.
