Hey gang, new to the site, but not to GSX-R's. I'm a local racer here in Colorado, and I just got my racebike for next year. I got lucky and grabbed Ben Spies' 01 750 supersport "A" bike from when he was with Vavoline/Emgo!!! I know this bike was well fed and cared for, and has some wicked parts on it, but is there anything I should look out for on this generation GSX-R?? I'm coming off a '99 600 SRAD, so this one is pretty new to me.

the only real problem the new gen gixxers ever had was a second gear problem. but if this was ben spies bike im sure they went through to gears to make sure everything was fine. basically, these bikes run forever in my experience. congrats. im sure that bike is a screamer. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
