So I'm workin on a 600 conversion to a 750 FI engine and I'm wondering if the pod filters would be a good idea. I know on carb bikes it'd be a pain in the arse to tune the jet kit with the pods on, but with the FI engine and a powercommander would the pods be a good idea? Didn't see anything on the search (of course I probably could have searched a bit better too!).

I also forgot to mention that the bike is turning into a streetfighter (well, I got a new frame too, so really, it's a new bike altogether) so there's gonna be a bit more airflow around the engine.
and Yay for my 100th post!

The Fi should keep the stock air box, and as well, the ram air tubes would be best.
The ECU is programed to have the extra fuel for the speed, as well as the air temp sensor in the airbox to help adjust fuel mixture.

If you can get it to all line up I would use the Air Box. I rebuilt a bike once and ran Pods, cost a crapload for no real gain.
