my friends TL has been sitting in storage for about 6 months and it wont start!!!!!! We changed the plugs and put a cleaning additive in the gas tank changed the oil and the battery. and still nothing please help us with anything what to do or anything will help. it will turn over and everything but wont start. please help

If nothing was done to the fuel before it sat for 6 months, chances are it's gummed up. The cleaning additive might work it's way through the system but I wouldn't count on it. You might have to clean the injectors. Otherwise, are you getting spark from the new plugs?

Edit: shlt, I just realized this thread is from June....I'm guessing it's running by now!

the 98 tl1k i just picked up does the same thing. it cranks over real good but wont fire. kinda like the fuel pump aint pushing fuel or there aint no spark in it. what other options would there be on this
