I was wondering if anyone knows a place to get your wheels chromed in the SoCal area? Any info would be helpful, thanks.

I believe that the place I am thing of is called Performance Motorsports in Huntington Beach (714) 898-9763. Maybe one of the Extreme Habits guys can confirm it. Anyways if thats the right name and number, they specialize in motorcycle parts. In fact they have a bad azz gixxer thats midnight blue, and its all chromed out. That bike was at Hooter's last week parked in front. I saw their booth at the speed & Sport show a few months back, and they had a bunch of their parts there, and they looked very impressive.

So hopefully that the right name and number, and if not, could one of the Xtreme Habits guys correct me??

there is also a guy who is always on dragbike.com under the wheels catagory who ships out a set when you ship yours for $585 www.myrtlewestcycle.com (http://www.myrtlewestcycle.com) . maybe some one could put to rest a myth for me when you have Aliminum wheels chromed i've heard it changes the melecular structure in such a way they can be prone to severe damage?? Fact or fiction.
