yes shipping is free on all products as long as they are shipping in America. We don't sell leo vinci, but we have the m4 exhaust in stock at this time...take 3 days average to cali.

We don't sell it as they don't sell to dealers. You will have to go directly to them for that. Sorry. We only sell what is on our website in terms of exhausts. You can't go wrong with the m4 though :) Been around a good while and their r&d is very good.
