Greetings from Albuquerque New Mexico.
My reason for writing to all you folks is that our Bike Night scene is going through some growing pains and we would like to ask others how they have overcome obstacles.
Our local website is Adrenalinlimit.com owned by Matt Timmons and I am Doug Hodgman with the task of information gathering.
Here is the situation; we just lost our location with little explanation though we figure that it has to do with liability, as we have grown to some 300 bikes, quite large for our area.
Most locations that want to work with us are only interested is selling us food and drink and go home.
We are more like and I will assume you have the same theme is to of course eat, at the same time have a social atmosphere i.e., a host with P.A. system, music, raffles, and stunt area.
So we now have the legal questions, do we incorporate beyond our host’s LLC status?
How do we work out event insurance?
Fire and First Aid?
Anything you have encountered that we haven’t thought of yet.
