Getting the usual n/a not communicating error, but the usual problems don't seem to clear it. IE new battery(9v), reboot, switch usb ports, etc. etc. Anybody having the same issue?

Never mind! The software on the CD is crap. Uninstalled completely and reboot. Download from powercommander.com and install. Reboot. Works like a charm. Time for a beer!
