goddd dammmm, i love my gixxer!

first night ride tonight, living outta town a bit so its very dark for like 8 miles or twisties right outside my house. and my rs125 headlight was small and couldnt go fast cause it wasnt long enough, and the highbeam was too high and you couldnt see close to you.

but the gsxr, the normal light is amazingly great for dark areas, prolly better then my range rover. and then the highbeam shines 200 yards strong.

that is one powerful light! i never knew motorbike lights were better then car lights... and im glad, cause i got orange tint for the rain and snow, so even full black tint, you can see soo well

Ya, prob about 30% brighter than stock bulbs. Keep in mind not just distance but also how much is illuminated, they light up more area than the stock bulbs do. Only 40 or so bucks for a two pack on ebay.

I had silverstars in my 2005 Mitsubishi EVO 8 and they were AMAZING. For the amount of money I spent on them.. they were by far the best mod I ever put on my car. Definitely worth the extra money.

will you buy 3 hid lights or just only the middle one?

I only did the middle one, you can do all three. Personal preference was i didn't wanna really blind people since the high beams are not projectors. I ride with the highs on during the day as many do. Silverstar ultras were a good mix of the two and look HID.

I had silver stars in one of my cars as well, they are certainly a very good bulb, expensive for a bulb in my opinion but you get what you pay for, they did provide a much stronger light then the stock bulbs.
sence then I switched to a HID kit and that is my choice from now on.
Ill most likley get a HID kit for the High beam on the bike and put some silver stars or PIAA's in for the lows.

im getting stronger bulbs soon, but dealership has to research it, apparently it may hurt the clear plastic infront fo the bulbs. so bare in mid you can only go so much stronger before it does damage

The silverstar ultras are 4k, its the brightest non HID bulb you can get, its not a 100% perfect match, only way to get that would be to buy all around HID. They still look real sharp, have that whish tint. I can take some photos soon. IMO, the silverstars are the brightest and do not generate more heat. You can bump up the wattage but thats just bad practice in general, least IMO. I had a jeep where i tried that, melted the fog light guards off the lenses because of how hot the bulbs would get. Real nasty cleanup.
