I like gixxer.com and all but I'd be nice to have forum to go to with more SV riders... I gotta Ninja EX250 right now and am planning on an SV650S probably around summertime next year and wanna do as much research as I can even though I'm pretty set on the SV650S. Speaking of which, can anyone give me some lowdown on the advantage of the FI one over the carbed one? I was thinking FI would require less maintenance but I might be wrong... also, does anyone have any opinion on the new GS500F? It looks pretty sweet but seems to be a bit low on power? That's it for now, thanks for any input you guys have. Oh, one last thing... I have a dealer offering $4995 for a 2002 blue SV650S with 6000 miles and a 60 day warranty, sound any good or should I look around some more? I'm in Champaign Illinois btw.

Back in Jan of this year, I got a brand new - still in the crate - 02 SVS in silver for $5000 OTD - full warrenty. IMHO - I think you should shop it out a little more. There were a bunch of bikes for sale on SVrider.com so you may also want to check it out and see what you can find. I've been a member there for awhile and those guys seem take care of their bikes.
