Just wondering what you guys believe is the best overall setting to have your suspension set on. I havent started to mess around with it yet but would like to be pointed in the right direction.

I have no experience in this matter, but heres my $0.02
It depends on....

1) How much you weigh
2) Your riding ability
3) Your height
4) What kind of riding you want to do. You are going to sacrifice certain things like comfort for betting cornering, and the opposite.

There are prob some good articles on this. Sorry, i wish I could help more, but I thought I would just clarify, as there is no SET BEST response to your question.
