I see FMF has some stuff listed for the 08's now.

Has anyone ever used there products ?

I have been looking online but im not having much luck finding out information.

how is the build quality ?
how is the sound ?

i use there exhaust on my dirt bikes.. i cant say that i know anyone that used a street exhaust.. but the company itself is great.. i would bet that they would make good power..

I just had one fitted to my new 750 K8, the dealer who I bought the bike from fitted it for me, and did a custom job of cutting out the CAT at the same time. The bike is all black so the carbon canister looks awesome. Great sound, but I seem to have lost power when pulling off from 1st gear, (anyone know what could be causing this?). Once I am on the move power and sound are awesome

Did they tune the bikes air to fuel ratio? I did the same to my k8 with a two brothers exhaust and the bike ran really lean / sluggish. I bought a two brothers juice box and it runs alot nicer, i would suggest a PCIII if you have the money for it, im planning on getting one this winter with a custom map.. hope that helps

pls post some pics, cos I'm thinkig bueing it for my K7 600, tnx! Do you sold problem with 1st gear?

one of my buddies have it on their 02 600f4i. i think is sounds/looks good. i would compare the sound to a akra.

i'm thinkin about gettin the Apex too, theres a clip on youtube now on a cbr 1000 i think, just type in fmf apex, The cheapest i have found one is $550

I'm seriously considering this pipe.

whichever one you buy, get it for an 07 model. All you have to do is hack the cat off, and grind the old weld flat.

The powercore probably weighs less because it's a low mount, something to consider.

i have the FMF-Apex slip on and i love the sound of it... it came on the bike when i bought it so i cant say anything about power gain or loss but it looks and sounds good in my book
