I just got my new Dunlop D208ZR tires and noticed something odd. When I looked at the rotation arrows I noticed the tread pattern is in opposite directions http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wtf.gif. The tread pattern is a little different than the D207's but the rear is in the same direction and the front is backwards. I ordered the tires on line and planned on taking them to a local shop to be mounted. Do I have them mounted to match the pattern or rotation arrows on the side wall? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/bash.gif

The fornt tread pattern looks backwards but it's not. Look on the sidewall for the direction arrow. As long as that's pointing forward you don't have any problems.
FYI. There's also a direction arrow on one of the wheel spokes fo the correct wheel direction.

Cool I just wanted to check because I ordered them on the internet and didn't know if this was some kind of factory reject being passed along to the first dumb ass willing to use them. Speed without understanding =DEATH!
