Hey Guys,
Just wanted to let you know and hopefully save you the trouble ive had.
I ordered a fender eliminator kit at graves motorsport 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt turned up (although theyve taken payment).
I had left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails with no responce, then I get an email back from them today stating that they are only just finnishing up painting them and should be shipping shortly!! And appologized for the delay but "they guess they overlooked my emails".
Definitely wont be using them again

Thats funny, i had the same thing, but they got right back to me, i then had some questions about the exhaust and got one of their engineers almost right away. They also took the kit down since they had the back up on paint. Sorry to hear your troubles!

Ya, same here, i haven't gotten any shipping details from them. They were friendly, still doesn't mean I've gotten what i ordered two+ weeks ago heh. I pray it gets together, I've been leaning towards their low mount exhaust, hate to have to go another way because they cant get their act together.

I was also considering their exhaust but just ordered the Yosh R-55 for mine elsewhere. And I think they could at least inform people of the delay on the fender kits.

common sense and a little business knowledge, companies are rushing to get aftermarket products available ASAP for new models so they can start making money! Often times they will advertise items for sale that they havent finished production on just to get people buying. Expect some delays and back orders as companies catch up to demand.

I agree to a certain degree but most companies ive experienced a delay with (amazon for example) firstly dont take payment and secondly have the courtesy to inform you of the delay, the reason for it and when to expect the product.
I dont think just expecting the customer to have "common sence and a little business knowlege" is a valid excuse.
And either way, IF that is their business ethics, it just cost them an exhaust system.
