I'm in the process of buying a new sportbike. It's either a 2007 GSX-R at a good deal. Around 8200 OTD for the brand new 2007. Or 10 and change for the 2008 GSXR 600. My only question is.. did they fix the jerky throttle for the 2008 bikes? I know alot of people have said they wished they never bought the k6/k7 because of the jerky throttle.. i was just curious if it was fixed for the 2008 bikes.. thanks!
Sorry i this has been covered before.

these bikes have sensitive controls. some people (squids) interpret this as "jerky throttle"
learn how to ride.

I hope that wasn't directed to me? I've never ridden a gixxer before. I come from a 600RR so It was just a question because i've seen countless threads about this "Herky Jerky" or what everyone is calling it.

the herky jerky problems are mainly just the rider not knowing which gears to use , whent to use them ect..

No it is not directed at you. It is directed at people who can't ride and say that the throttle is to sensitive. Get a Katana.
