Wiz just told me they open the gate at Wes, 8am.

So--DOES ANYONE ELSE HERE WANNA GO AND NEED BIKE TRANSPORT?!?

The team hammer school is Wednesday ..if your not doing it, they sometime will let you in at 8 and smoetimes at noon.....You'll have to pay an additional 20 beens

I was gonna do the Hammer School practice, which is like 175. Is it worth it considering I've never been on that track?

last time team hammer was not on the high banks, might have been because of rain.

Just a couple of bits if you guys haven't been there before. Go nice and easy leaving pit lane and entering the track. (slippery) Also, the infield is very slick first thing in the morning so watch out for that.You'll probably see lots of squids come hauling into the first horse shoe and end up on their ass. Use extreme throttle control transitioning from the infield up on to the high bank for the first time. If you are not ready for the bump there it can get you out of shape pretty easily. Last thing of importance is turn one. You will be carrying LOTS of speed down the front straight, give yourself plenty of time for braking your first time out. No matter how many videos you watch, there is just no other feeling like being up on the high banks! Your bike is going to do some moving around up there, try to stay relaxed and don't give the old death grip on the bars or you end up looking like popeye by the end of your session. Don't spend all of your money on strippers at Molly Brown's the first night! Wait until the last night to do so just in case you need to buy parts at the track!

i will be leaving tuesday night after work and stopping to pick up someones Quazzziiiii race bike on the way down.., and get there some time wed.. would like to do the practice , but may just end up practicing thursday instead.... and still have to fax in my reg too.., ugggg...

Well, I do wish you luck in getting your pre-reg in and hope they take it. I suggest you call to make sure after you fax it.

Last week I ask Tiffiny (CCS honcho) about the date and she said Sunday by midnight. Now, I just hope that the form isn't being so literal when they say 'BY' Sept 22nd with intention that it must be received before the 22nd starts (aka midnight).

pre-entries are gridded on points per region.

Post entries go to the back of the pack in order of entry and ONLY if there is room on the grid at that point.
