Looking to waste money already on your new bike? Why bother putting any go fast parts on your new ride, it will never see the track. Buy the extended swingarm, 200 rear tire, air shifter and "nicki nork" logos for the side of it.

Off my soapbox now.

Still waiting for it to arrive. The 600's are all over but no 750.

I'm sure all the same mods as on the last 15 generations of sportbikes..... aftermarket pipes, aftermarket air filter, power commander, re-gear, 520 kit, short-throw throttle tube, rearsets, frame slider/barends, STOMPGRIP, steel braided lines, shorty levers, speedohealer

as far as pipes everyone's got different opinions but most agree that akrapovic, yoshi, arrow, leo vince, sato, taylormade, racefit are all good pipes to consider

We had a similar battle like this in my group of track day friends.

The guy that was getting ragged on went to Kevin's advanced racing school it was like several days in class and on the track with Kevin and his crew.

Needless to say when he came back and was no longer the slow guy instead he was the fast guy.

.:1k:.

Squale is actually a long time friend of mine, I have to bust balls every now and again for fun. As for the being slow on the track comments my friend I will let you talk when your wheels actually touch a track for the first time. If you think I am slow come on out with the new 750 when you get it, just get used to how my tail section looks cause it will be the only part of my bike you will see. Your extra 150CC will not make up for your lack of riding skills, hahahahahahaha.

Or keep your crown as King Of Watchung, I will get you a trophy!

I am lost on this one. Is this aimed at me or are you and Fosamink messing with someone else?

That is awesome, you are so lucky. I would love to be able to do track days on those killer tracks over there.

You will have noting but fun and be laughing and smiling the entire day. You will pick it up in no time, just following a good rider around for a few laps. The down side is once you do one track day you are addicted and can't stop.

RRaider,

I normally do the tracks up in the NE area - VIR, Summit Point, Beaver Run, Pocono. Looking forward to turning a wheel on the new NJ facility this summer, been waiting 4 years for that place to open - already have a couple days booked in Aug/Sep.

What is summit point like?

Will you post up a review of the new NJ facility after you hit it?

Thanks

Rraider,

Summit Main was just repaved end of last year and have not turned a wheel on it yet. Track is fast with a long front straight but is does have some scary close walls in turns 3 and 4, just have to mentally block them out when picking up the pace. Will be riding it either May or June, have to check the dates I blocked off.

NJMSP should be great, one of the main guys helping out on the project also is involved with VIR and that is a first rate facility. It is scheduled to open in July at this point so perhaps one of the Gixxer.com members will ride it before I do, I will post up any information I get.

My plan is to wait for it to get here,
When it does, ill put my helmet and gear on and go out and enjoy the road, thats my plan and I cant wait.
I hate the look of the 08 Exhaust but im going to leave it on for the time being and change it in the summer.
just have to figure out what im going to change it to.
Cant find anything I like thus far, finding a good exhaust is becoming more challenging then I thought

kr tuned exhaust impressive power gains i would go full system a 750 pulled an extra 9 horsepower and it wasn't even broke in yet i would expect another 2 hp once broke in kr website said they got 14.6 hp but i am thinking around 11 to 12 best full system right now
