Hi All,

I own an 02 gixxer 750 and have recently had a Power Commander and a Quill exhaust installed. I downloaded a map for a 750 with an Acropovic Exhaust and K&N air filter. All runs well yet i seem to have a flat spot when i crank on the power in the bottom of first and second gear. All other gears are a ok.

Is this due to tuning, the map, the PC fuel mixture or all three? Is there a device which can get rid of this flat spot? How can i overcome this problem so i can leave those BMW yuppies in my blaze at the lights?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

You need to get a custom map done. The map you downloaded maybe a close match but the only true way to get your PC to work properly is to get it on a dyno and have a custom map made specifically for your bike.

i have a 2002 750
and i think i have the same flat spot
rev it to 7-8 grand..back off the gas and crack the throttle..
up until 4 weeks ago the front end goes sky ward..now the bike hestiates!!!
please help!!

You may want to try teh TRE, it is suppose to take care of the lowend power prob;e do I search and rear up on it.
