Still pretty much a stock k3.

Just a Yosh bolt on and a 525 chain conversion. I plan on running it again after i install the power commander, TRE, and remove the stupid California emissions.

I think total they did about five runs. This was the best of the runs. 160.1 rwhp.

the tires have less then 1000 miles on them and only one track day at buttonwillow.

Just so you know, the Gforce dyno reads a bit higher than most. When I was there last they had plenty of 98/99 R1's that had run 134-136 bone stock, but 1 bike that I know was run there and locally ran almost 5 HP less on a DJ150. Most R1s where running 131-132 around that same time. They are a great shop though.

Still very good numbers and even if you ran it somewhere else you'd still be in the mid 50's minimum.

By the way, that vapor can doesn't do jack. Remove it if its in the way or for principal only, but you wont get anything out of it.

just messing with ya. those are great numbers for bone stock. you mentioned a 525 chain conversion? from what i know the stock chain are 525. did you get lighter sprokets or something?

Ive talked to some people that have run 520 on the 1k and not had any problems, but I know some one that had a bad time (http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42558&highlight=sproket ) running one.

the '04 bike comes stock with a 525 chain.
