On sunday a gang of bikers I know went out for a run to north wales, 5 of them went, only 4 came back. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

The accident was so horrific the others have advertised their bikes 4 sale , none of them have returned to work and all require councelling. The lad who died was in his late 20's/early 30's and leaves behind a wife and two young children. The lad was one of the best riders i have seen on a bike yet this still happened.

This adds to a long list of bike fatalities in such a short time, and really makes you stop and think. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Please take it easy out their folks.

"TEZZA’S OLDER BROTHER

Thank you all for the flowers, they were beautiful, thank you for your kind words and thoughts.

Terry was killed outright at the Sean of the accident, the woman involved was 89 and pulled out in to on coming traffic from both directions, terry did not stand much of a chance. There was a car in front of him that had to swerve out of the way and over a bank, terry tried to go round the back of the car that had pulled out of the junction as there was traffic coming down the road as well.
Sad to say he was only doing around 30 – 40 mph at the time of impact.
It has hit us all very hard and still struggling to get through it, the case has gone to C-P-S and is due a verdict any day now so that the inquest can be given.
I will inform you all in due time on what is happening. Terrys bike is coming back to me in 2 weeks along with his gloves and helmet. My only dream was to get another bike so that I could go out with my little bro, but it is not to be

Thank you for your time, speak again soon, watch out for yourself’s please

can't remember the roads name, but it was just pass the horse shoe pass.
Seemingly it was like a plane crash, the bike was traveling at 130-140 and the car was doing 80 plus, their was nothing left of the R1. The police didn't even realise their was two veichels involved, The rider was killed instantly and the driver of the car is fighting for his life after being pinned in place by the cars engine and the remains of the bike.
