May sound ridiculous, but would the 03 GSXR 1000 tail fit on a 2003 GSXR 600? Is the frame the same for the most part?

Where could I pick one of them up? Is the tail light LED? I haven't taken the time to get close to one.

If this wont work, how about the 04 tail? I wonder if that would fit? My tail light bugs me, I want to clean it up.

If you can figure a way then do it. But for the most part the rule is that the 750s and 600s generally line up, but the 1k's are a league of their own. So no the plastic won't fit. Unless someone else knows better, cause i'm pretty sure i'm right.

Aren't the 02 and 03 subframes different? I think they are, in which case you'd have to get an 03 subframe to fit the 03 1000 tail. Not positive though

and yea the 01 uses leds

I agree. I sweet looking undertail will look better than the 1K tail.
