Yes.
One sore thumb and one small bruise and I am in excellent condition. I am not even sore.
But I guess that happens when you are relaxed.
As far as wrecks go, it couldn't have been better.
My bike is in decent condition.
I have to make minor repairs.
I will be out again, soon.

Next trackday is the hubbies.
