Stock Gixxer COME with 1/4 throttle. Are you looking for something less that 1/4?

well, something less would be nice as the last couple outings i find myself struggling with that darn throttle
i have seen on some bikes that are being sold stating that it has a 1/5 throttle
what it that
i just got my LP privateer catalog and it had the quarter turn throttle kit....whats that for and why do they have it for gixxers then.

Check out http://www.RedRacingparts.com. They sell a Dominoe short throttle kit for an Aprilia which will fit the gixxer which brings it to like 1/6, maybe slightly less. I have one on my bike and love it but other people think I'm crazy.

Wow, that is nice, but $$, ouch!

Im running a Yosh 1/4 turn with custom made throttle cables and looove it..Its just a bit shorter than a stock throttle, but enough so i dont have to rewrap my hand in straightaways

Give this place a call http://www.werkstattsf.com/menu/ and talk to Robbie, he has a kit for 1/5 turn. I remember seeing one that is a replacement tube that is about $29 and there is another that is a adapter that goes over your current throttle tube http://www.brgracing.com/fithturnthrotle.html they sell that also. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
