Here's my plan:

Race 2 Am HW SS, Race 5 Am MW SS, or Race 11Am MW SB on sat (really can only afford one.. gotta buy tires)
and Race 1 Am GTO on Sun.

I'll be there, and look, just in time--I GOT LAID OFF TODAY.

And to think I was actually gonna make an entire race season with a job.

I was going to come up on Sunday to watch and help out, but I think Saturday will be the better day for that. I won't be racing, I grabbed a good handful of trophies this year so I figured it's someone elses turn..Now I have to figure out what I'm doing for next year..... Maybe G1K will pull a top 5 the next weekend ? I still have stuff to sell. 1k calipers, 600 swingarm, two sets of 750 triples, etc. All the stuff I sold paid for the stuff I bought. Hell, I'm still committed to dumping another 3 bills this weekend to get the engine tuned to perfection, dumped 2 bills yesterday for another 15 gallons of MRX01.

The trip to Daytona is gonna cost:

$400 diesel
$200 entry fees
$200 food
$200 race fuel
$500 race tires
$200 motel/camping

Thats a total of $1700. Lets say I get someone to split the driving cost and time, thats down to 1500. Snag a $200 sponsor, down to $1500. Bring 3 bikes at $300 each--down to $600. Add in the 15 15 gallon drums of VP i have to bring back for deposit, $225

Down to $375.

Ok, so its doable.

So, who's gonna split the drive/gas with me and who else needs me to bring a bike?

Of course, I'm not gonna complain about it, cuz with my shitty starts I need every foot I can get.

yes i have been on cruise mode since t11, that was my first weekend back and i was all rusty and i wanted to be up on pace right off the bat so i picked up the pace dramatically and made a dumb mistake by trying to pass the guy on 11, it back fired on me and ended up having my wheel taken off, so from then i have been on cruise mode, when i tell you that i go into T1 so slow that i laugh inside my helmet saying "wow that is fucking slow...." there's a dozen factors that stop me from picking the pace up, but this weekend i'll turrn it up i have nothing to loose.
