the stock 86 is listed at 388LBS dry figure 10lbs for gallon of oil 6LBS/gal for gas or about 24lbs and 2lbs for fork oil or about 424lbs total.

that dry weight figure is optimistic (as factory weight specs usually are). trust me, a bone stock fully wet 86 750 weighs closer to 455 pounds.

i was responding more to doug's wet weight figure.
the manufacturer's dry weight doesn't include ANY fluids - including battery, brake fluid, air in the tires, etc. gets kinda silly but they're trying to make that number as small as possible without lying outright. http://www.gixxerforum.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif

You mean to tell me, the 92 750 is 500 lbs wet??? wow!! Compared to, say a 96, what are we looking at for a difference?? Thanks.

the fully wet stock weight difference between a 92 and 96 750 is about 50-60 pounds.
