If I remove the set valve in order to install a slip-on, do I have to remap?? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Most any time that you change the intake or exhaust flow, you need to perform some sort of a/f ratio correction.
You have a bunch of choices (pc-3, ems, tfi, yafms, teka, etc). You just need to decide what is best for you: read can you live with a small drop in torque (around 6%) around 3.5-4k rpm and a slightly less responsive throttle down low as well.

Thanks JeffW.
So..
A slip-on, PCIII & custom map would be the best set-up?
