Went to see the CMRA races at TWS yesterday to kind of scope out what it'll be like racing the 7/11 next year. The only old gixxers were a couple of oilers. I need to get a rulebook to see if there's even a place for me w/this bike.

Other cool sights:

-Lightweight GP class, where 125gp bikes race aprilia rs250's, FZR400's and SV650's. Way more fun to watch than the R6 cup...uh...I mean superstock.

yeah I could have told you that old gixxers are few and far between at the CMRA races....... Last time I went there was only one vintage Gixxer there..... a 91 or 92 GSXR 750.

Unlimited Grand Prix and Heavyweight SuperBike to name a couple (if you want to race against new bikes..... also from what I hear the CMRA isn't going to be affiliated with the CCS or WERA next year so what class structure they will run is anybodys guess. They may run the current class structure which is based on the CCS. I'm not sure what vintage class your bike will fall into.
