Hey guys,
I need some help. I did the pair valve mod on the 02 1000 but it was not a CA model bike. Now I have an 03 1000 which IS a CA model and there are additional tubes coming out of each throttle body? Is this normal on the 03's or is it a CA model thing? Either way, what do I do with the additional tubes? Just close them off? Everything else is done but these are new to me so I am not sure. The regular one that runs to the airbox is all taken care of etc.

I can tell you this, I have an 03 1000, non-CA model, and I recently sync'd my throttle bodies. There is one vaccum line going to each throttle body, in addition to one PAIR system hose connected between throttle bodies #3 and #4.

Pull off the lines on the TB that lead to the evap can and plug the spigots. Go to a good auto parts store and get some vinyl caps that fit. The shitty rubber ones http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/piss.gif will decay.
