1. Not counting the bolts it comes as 16 pieces with no instructions.
2. Headers will touch oil pan till you run the bike a few times then spread out a bit away
3. Headers alone count for 12 pieces of the 16. 2 pieces per cylinder just for clamps to hold header to engine
4. I am not sure yet but may have to take #3 header to remove oil filter.
5. Far right header touches plastic once it heats up and is now melting the right lower in a spot (time for the dremel once it finishes melting.

And all this with no instructions, no pictures, and no warning about the plastic


Arrow needs to do some work on design for the 03. The 01-02 system is not sufficient and should have done some work.

I wish now I would have spent the extra $$$ for the akrapovic

Sounds just like the system on my K1.
Melted both sides of the fairing and while in the South of France (very hot at the time) also scorced the rightside fairing.
And also have to remove the exhaust to change the filter.
Would not buy Arrow again.

I have no problems with Arrow. Fits great doesn't burn anything. Easy to put on. I could go on.

The pipe is such a tight fit there is only one way i could go on. And the plastic only goes on one way.

ARROW didn't redesign the headers for the changes made to the body work from th 01-02 models. and the new 03 is different bodywork. it is not like the headers can attach from different angles and that is what is touching the header right out of #4 exhaust port on the bottom right.

How much more than the stock exhaust does it weigh?

I know the headers may way a tad more than stock but the can makes up for it, The arrow system actually weighs less than Akrapovics Evo system (but the akro is made better.)
