Since i chainge my riding still (i am not hanging that much now) i am using my upper body a lot. I have not read anything about this thats why i am posting.
here how it goes. i set my body position way before the turn, the bike then its leaned over, the moment its leaned i add throtle and moving my upper body to the insite, most of the time i add lean too. The amount of moving depents from the turn. in most of the exits i move the upper body even more to the insite so to bring the bike more upright for more throtle.
So i am moving a lot once the bike it is leaned But the bike stays SOLID AS A ROCK all of the time. I conviced a friend to do this and he is very happy with it.
Any comments on this? Note that the above its for the road so a less entry speed its not a bad thing. A lot of people say that i am very smooth rider so all of the above are been done in a very smooth way.

I always tell people to make use of their upper body movement..... Once your butt is hung off to your liking (personally I hang 1 to 1.5 cheek off depending on how hard I'm riding) the next thing that really makes your bike steer is your upper body.

In fact I tell the newer riders to practice moving their upper bodies off to the side of their bikes before they practice hanging their butts off. What happens to most riders is that they hang their butt off, but their upper body doesn't hang off at all.... so their body looks all twisted. A good practice is to go for a ride one day at about 50% pace, don't hang butt off at all.... and practice pushing your body as far off as possible to steer.... and keep your head down low.
