Ok due to the Vote results and Danielle's recovery, The cookout will be the 20th of September. The rain date will be the following day (Sunday, 21st).

I will transfer the food list from the other post. Let us know what you would like to bring. Remember, we will be able to make a run to the store once you get here if you don't want to carry something on the bike.

Like to set the meeting places as well. I figure Wareham is a good place for Rhode Ryders and people West of here. I will post directions to the meeting spot sometime this week.

Exit 6 off of Rt 3 in Plymouth (Stop and Shop Plaza) Seems to be a good place for people north and around Plymouth.

I would like to meet at the designated areas at around 11:00 am then go to the house.

If anyone else has ideas for meeting places let me know. I look forward to getting together with all of you.

OH damn I forgot to set up a meeting spot for the Boston riders and etc. Now to all the Boston riders, Im gonna come to Boston and meet you at Burger King Parking lot in Mattapan Square @ 11:30am I will leave there no later then 12 noon. If anyone else needs to follow us down i can meet you on my way out of Boston and at the Houghton Pond parking lot just off Rte 128/95 by 12:10pm. I only going to stop in there and waite a bit if someone replies that they want to meet there. If not Mattapan Square will be my only stop then straight to Plymouth after that.

Now this turn out appears that its gonna be bigger than the first. So for all those who did not make it to the first one, it was a great turn out. I want to bring up Both Danielle and Jim is nice enough to have us all in their homes. So lets keep in mind when we are in their development, please keep ride your bikes respectfully, Its a very nice neighborhood and we dont want to disturb the neighbors. Also for those who have young childrens that can get out of hand please find a babysitters for them. Lets keep in mind Danielle is fresh out of surgery and can do without the extra activities.

So again anyone who wants to meet up for the ride down let Taz whos working one part of town, I another, and Selin will be bringing the Cape Cod riders over, let one of us know, or just contact one of us for Directions. Hope to see you all there for a good time.

I think you should have the Boston riders meet at Exit 6 on Route 3 between 11 and 11:30am. That way we can get an early and late ride in.

Also I will need your help on Saturday morning setting up.

I was gonna think of maybe taking Friday off and do my running around, plus cooking on that day, then afte you got off work I was gonna come and help you set up of friday. As far as 11am in the morning its gonna be even harder getting people together after going out of friday night and drinking and clubbing all night. thats why I posted a noon time hook-up. I'll see what everyone says on a earlier meet up and let you know.

Plus what happen to the food thread, it vanished we have no idea on who is bringing what, if they are. that list would help out on knowing what to get while shopping this weekend (what to get and what not to get). I'll give you a call later today.

I am off on Friday. If you have them meet at 12:00 you should still have them meet at Exit 6 in Plymouth. Saturday morning will be for setting up chairs, the bbq, Cleaning up, etc, last minute items.
