I thought Isle of man TT was ridden with 2 riders at a time...and its a timed event rather than a wheel to wheel racing event.

I don't know if this is IOM or not.... but its definitely more crazy than the IOM TT races I've seen.

All of the TT races I have seen have several riders, not just two.

I have an isle of man DVD that someone never f(*^*)&*&%^&$ brought back after they borrowed it. I hate people.

I have a ton of the videos.

They start off, then there is a certain time passes (maybe 20-40 seconds-guessing), and they let another rider start, and so on.

Carl Fogarty said its the scariest race he ever participated in.

David Jeffries had the biggest balls out of all the TT racers.

When David Jeffries was racing, GSXR's were creaming the crop.

I also remeber that prior to Jeffries riding for Suzuki, I believe he rode for Yamaha (when the R1 was the big bike), and Jeffries and some other guys were winning on the R1.

To my understanding NASCAR events are like a social gathering. Family & friends get together, BBQ, drink beer, and occasionally watch the race.
