Thanks! I think I am gonna turn expert a bit early at Homestead in December. It all depends on how the points fall. I am gonna miss the last two rounds before Daytona, and want to stay top 5 in poiints for the certificate at the end of the season, and Homestead is double points. Hmmmm..... http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wtf.gif How do you shave over 100 lbs of a bike? Don't our bikes have dry weights of close to 400lbs? Shit I need to figure out some of your secrets cause there's no way in hell my could ever be that light. I mean your down around 2 stroke weights and you don't even have to worry about rebuilds. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Custom built chromoly frame...that's how you shave that much...lol. That and then take basically EVERYTHING off the bike that isn't needed. The bike doesn't even have rearsets...the pegs are made to attach directly to the frame. It's like riding a 250 with torque...lol. Doesn't the email notifier work when somebody responds to a post on here? Sorry I took so long to respond, didn't know you had posted.

http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif HOLY SHNIKES! That thing must be awesome. You've probably got more $$$ in your motor alone than I got in my entire bike. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
Gotta love the broke college kid's racing budget. TIRES??? I can get another weekend out of these things. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Me and Pat should've started Ghettofab Racing when he lived down here. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/spit.gif

The new motor after I blew up in March REALLY hurt the budget, so I've been struggling by these last few months. That and the fact that I lost my job and had to start over again. But I've been working really hard to try to get sponsors, and might have finally gotten the break I need.
