No... The skinny one in the back looks to be a measuring device. Ruler, etc.

The white thing in the front is a old school staple remover. Im going to venture to say that this person works for Yami based on the office looking distributed calendar on the wall and obviously the forks.

FYI, since Yamaha owns Ohlins it's probably not a big deal if they take a set of trashed forks and use the lowers to make a desktop ornaments :D
