its obviuos im not getting my parts off this dick...he was pretty pissed the other night when i grabbed his phone # off ebay and called him COLLECT at 3:30 AM!!!!im calling him every night until he changes his #....i really fucking hate thieves.....scum of the earth if you ask me!!!!

establish a relationship with someone you trust and try to have them refer you to folks they trust. what you wind up with is a community of trustworthy people!
test the waters with small stuff and work your way into higher dollar items.
and you wont even need the big red "R" next to your name to do so! (hint-hint)
i know you have had trouble with your motor!
motors are tough sometimes cause you really never know what you are getting.
ask LOTS of questions over a period of days. if you get different answers each time then perhaps you should look elsewhere for the purchase.

Well the best thing to do is to not buy anything from anyone on Ebay that doesn't accept Paypal or other payment services. When you use the services you can get your money back if they refuse or don't ship the goods. I had a issue with a guy about 6 months ago and was so http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif i was about to fly out to texas and show him what baseball bat was really made for...but i just reported it to paypal and they refunded me the money http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif.

make sure you also send any payment with the usps that you send it with delivery confirmation so that you can fight with the guy that it was infact delivered to him.

Where in Texas was this guy? I might be of some help or live near him, although this state is HUGE!!:( Sorry you got ripped!
