Which oil and weight do you all recommend in a 1998 gsxr 600 that gets driven pretty hard.

I use Motul 5100 semi-synthetic 10/40. My bike just loves it. Shifts gears real nice and smooth.

I use motul 300v 10w50....superb smooth and long lasting oil.But then it cost a bit higher.
