Hi - already posted elsewhere, but someone recommended this place.

My 2003 GSXR 750 dies at random times, when throttle is partially opened, when I am on the move and in gear. I checked the code when it dies and its C23. As suggested elsewhere, I zip-tied the tip-over sensor so it won't make contact but problem persists. I double checked the tip over sensor and it is securely in the middle position and haven't moved since I zip tied it.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Loose, corroded wires?

Bad connection somewhere or bad ECU.

I'm assuming that you opened up the TOS and locked it into place. I know a lot of people had some issues with the old style on/off, and I think the new ones are electronic. The old ones would trip if your back end stepped out the the recovery was kinda voilent. The newer ones are supposed to be tripped for a certain duration so there's no question the bike is on it's side (something like 1 full second).

I've been looking at the wiring diagram for the 2004. The TOS has 3 wires, so it's deffinately not a on/off type of thing. It looks lke a variable resistor. How many wires does your TOS have?
