just finished my 98 gix6. a while ago i was having major problems with it. the idle was all off when i was in first gear and gave it gas it would rev up then stay at a high rev then drop back down. and when i was at a stop and let out the clutch to go i would have to over rev it so it would not stall just to take off. well looked into it and all of the o rings had to be replaced and the carb needed an overhaul that was so sick. well did the repair and re adjusted the valves now its running great, so i hope that its awhile before i have anything majorly wrong again because i havent rode it in 3 weeks. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
