Hey I've just taken a bunch of track vids and I'd love to put some either on youtube or some web based server so I can share them with the guys at the track that day and the ones in the vids. My question is ... since the files are 200-400MB What program do you use to edit the video to the right size? Is there a free one out there that someone can recommend?

These are my first track vids and one of them is of the new Track in Calabogie, running in the Advanced group.

Adobie Premiere Elements not too expensive ($150US, I think) and easy to learn. But I'm sure there are some free ones out there, just don't know what they are.

I've got a ton of videos on my site, and all of them were edited with Windows Movie Maker... free with Windows XP and Vista.

You can upload your vids to youtube.com if you want, but the quality gets crushed.

dreamhost.com has some great webhosting plans if you're familiar with web design. Well, hell, all you really need is to know how to use FTP so you can upload vids from your pc to the web.

If you sign up for a plan, enter the promo code "DORITO" and you will receive $50 off hosting.
